Educational Value
Does the agency or individual include a clear educational component for participants or the public?

Community Benefit
Will the work benefit community members and increase access to gardening knowledge or participation?

Master Gardener Collaboration
Is the grantee a business or individual member of AMGA?

Feasibility
Is the work of the business or individual realistic with a clear description of activities, timeline, and use of funds?

Sustainability
Is there a reasonable likelihood the work will continue, expand, or have lasting impact beyond the grant period?

Review Guidance
Applications with a majority of “Yes” responses may be considered strong candidates for funding. The review committee will consider available funds, geographic distribution, and overall program impact when making final award decisions.
